What You’ll Need (Makes Two Small Trays)
4 to 6 sheets of lasagna (cooked or ready to go in the oven)
1½ cups of meat sauce, like bolognese or jarred pasta sauce with cooked ground beef
1 cup of ricotta or cottage cheese
1 cup of shredded mozzarella
¼ cup of grated parmesan
Italian seasoning and garlic powder are optional.
